HOTEL

When it comes to hotels, I’ve seen pretty much everything. On the one hand, I spent quite some days and nights in hotels around the world as a flight attendant and, on the other hand, I’ve worked in the hotel business myself. I am very familiar with both sides of the coin – as a guest and as a host. In the end, however, both sides should pursue the same goal: satisfaction! However, this is not always guaranteed and all too often advertised promises are not kept: The room is much smaller than expected, the equipment leaves a lot to be desired and instead of enjoying the promised sea view, you can let your gaze wander over the barren hotel parking lot. Do not get angry about it, act immediately. Every hotel today has the objective to make sure that its guests are satisfied. With the huge competition on the market, hotels can hardly afford a negative rating online and therfore usually find a quick solution to the problem. From my own experience, I know that there’s always room for more and that if you point out the problem in a friendly manner, you will be helped immediately. After all, the hotel is your home during your stay and shouldn’t lose its magic. Because is there anything nicer than enjoying relaxing days at your holiday destination and not having to worry about anything?

Good hotel business is easy to define: When the guest leaves the house happier than he came in.

At DESTINATIONS – by SARAH M. you will find all the news and trends around the hotel business. On the website, you can book your dream hotel directly on the website or get inspiration for your next hotel stay. Maybe you would like to experience something very special for a change? Or do you primarily focus on environmental friendliness when looking for a hotel? No problem! In the following articles you will get all the important tips and tricks.
